Half-day or Full day studio hire
The studio is available for hire at a half-day or full-day rate. Half-day includes four hours of studio access. The full-day rate includes 8 hours of studio access. The studio has access to wifi, a kitchenette, a disabled-access bathroom, heating and cooling and on street parking.
All-access - video, podcast and photography sets
Your hire includes access to the entire studio. This includes the cyc wall, make-up counters, lounge area, podcast studio, 2 video sets, a huge array of props and luxury furniture to unlock your creativity and style any scene. Host your meetings, workshops, shoots or simply have some quiet space at the studio when you need it. Midtown Studio is your new creative office!
Optional Add-on: lighting equipment, modifiers, and paper backdrops
Your daily hire excludes access to our collection of lighting equipment, however these are available at an additional fee. Lighting begins at $250, and paper rolls are charged at $75 per roll. From strobes with triggers, LED continuous lights, RGB continuous lights, a large collection of softboxes, a beauty dish, scrims, V flats and reflectors, it’s all at your disposal to craft light and shape your scenes.
